When I run with others, I have on 1-2 more layers than my running buddies, and I'm still freezing. Their bodies warm up, I get stiff.
Last year was my first year running in the cold. And boy was it COLD. I layered, and layered. I bought the best of the best cold gear. I researched, I asked advice, and still found myself miserable.
Now, so far this year it hasn't been as cold. So I may be jumping the gun here. But it seems that I have found a great combo for me. So, since I know there are other little cold people out there, here is what is working so far for me.
